Alex R. Daane, graduated from the University of Florida concentrating in the fields of Finance & Entrepreneurship. Soon after graduating, Alex moved back to Naples where he began his career in real estate. He worked at Premier Properties as a licensed understudy to one of the area’s top agents with over 30 years of Naples real estate expertise and helped maintain and foster client relationships and run their boutique business. While working alongside such an experienced real estate professional, Alex learned the importance of confidentiality, the fiduciary relationship between an agent and his client and the invaluable advice of paying attention to even the smallest detail within a transaction.
After his time at Premier Properties he partnered with another recognized sales associate in Naples to help him grow his business that had become too much for him to handle alone. Alex operated a small office located in the hotel that is now The Waldorf Astoria Hotel (was once The Naples Grande) where he worked with Buyers and Sellers, as well as, managed and implemented the team’s growing marketing demands for their listing portfolio. Together they achieved record sales levels for the partnership in addition to tripling their volume of listings in a very short period of time while operating within the large Downing-Frye brokerage firm.
For the next several years Alex branched away from the partnership and worked with 41 West Realty, Inc a brokerage and luxury development firm here in Naples. As an independent contractor with the firm he achieved remarkable results while servicing his clients in all of Naples’ most desirable neighborhoods. Alex is well known for his in-depth knowledge of the marketplace and his ability to obtain successful results for those who have placed their confidence in him. While attempting to offer the highest level of service to his clients, Alex has been increasingly involved with helping clients purchase foreclosed auctioned properties in addition to homes available on the open market.
In 2013, Alex became a licensed real estate broker and thus Daane Properties LLC was formed. Daane Properties LLC is solely owned and operated by Alex whose attention to detail, level of professionalism, knowledge of the area and passion about selling real estate is evident in every transaction. Daane Properties LLC sets the standard for excellence in the Naples real estate market by its proven high-level results achieved for both clients.
Alex is a proud and active member of the University of Florida Alumni Association, is a member of the Young Executives of the David Lawrence Center, Naples Chamber of Commerce, Young Professionals of Naples & SW Florida, Naples Area Board of Realtors, Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and sits on the board for the Hope for Haiti Next Generation Committee.
